All who wished to see the Maitreya Tangka had to squeeze past this little doorway. In a way, this doorway represents the heart's opening. To squeeze through the doorway is symbolic of allowing Maitreya to enter your heart. If everyone allows Maitreya to enter his or her heart, he will come to earth and fulfill his duties of becoming the next Buddha.
